Hello everyone! My name is Tyler Jacobs, my pronouns are he/him/his, and I am a 2nd-year mechanical engineering major! I am also very excited to be AB Samahan’s 2021-2022 Community Affairs Coordinator! As Community, I’m tasked with connecting our members to the rest of the FIlipino/FIlipinx-American community! Also I, along with Political, will be taking charge of the ABLE (Andres Bonifacio Leadership Emergence) program this year!

    

I’m born and raised in San Diego, CA, in a community known as Mira Mesa (shout out 858!!!). I graduated from Mira Mesa High School where I was involved in marching band as a bass drum/snare player, and also was an officer in our FilAm Club. From then on, I was given the opportunity to be a part of the TFC/ABS-CBN family as a Filgrimage Ambassador. I absolutely love cars and music so if you ever wanted to hit me up about either, please please feel free! I’m super excited to be able to have the chance to help run ABLE this year and share my passion for our culture to all of you! Everyone in AB Samahan is always welcoming and I can’t wait to pay it forward to all of our new members!
